Stepping up cooperation with China and African countries

Minsk region is expanding trade and economic relations with China and African countries. By the end of the year, the administration of the region will hold talks with ambassadors of 16 states that are members of the Southern African Development Community. The meeting will take place in Moscow. With financial support from the PRC, it is planned to build a surgical building for the regional hospital in Barauliany, as well as a waste processing plant. In turn, a large-scale project "A village with Belarusian flavor" is being implemented in the Chinese city of Chongqing. 2021 has been officially announced as the year of cooperation between the regions of China and Belarus. In total, 180 countries are among trade and economic partners of the Minsk region.
