«Stadler Minsk» to manufacture trams for Bolivia

«Stadler Minsk» will manufacture «Metelitsa» type trams for the Bolivian district of Cochabamba. The delegation from Bolivia headed by the governor of the district got acquainted with the production capabilities of the enterprise. The first deliveries will begin in August 2019. 12 trains of 36 cars will be delivered to Bolivia. The tram will connect several administrative centers in the Cochabamba department and will serve more than a million people. For three years, Stadler will provide technical support in operation. The plant in Fanipol already fulfills a large order for trams of this series for St. Petersburg – 23 trains.
