St Petersburg hosts plenary session of 6th Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia

Today St Petersburg is hosting a plenary session of the 6th Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia. The presidents of the two states are expected to take part in it. Yesterday, the panel discussions addressed the issues of the common educational, cultural and informational space, humanitarian and youth projects. A number of commercial contracts were signed. For instance, at the meeting of national business councils, Belneftekhim-ROS made agreements on the supply of products to Russia worth RUB 5 billion. Russia’s national development bank VEB.RF, Belarus’ Bank BelVEB and BelAZ signed an agreement to support the export joint products to third countries.
