Socio-economic development of Belarus until 2020

Belarus is to adopt more than 20 economic laws and 50 decrees by the end of 2020. Representatives of the Ministry of Economy and MPs discussed amendments to laws and regulations in order to improve the business climate of Belarus. Business, investments, and the real economy need legislative support. The main objective is the fulfillment of the tasks of the Programme of socio-economic development for the next five years. The document envisages the GDP growth of 15%, a decline in inflation to 5%, with the refinancing rate at 7-9%.
