Rules for business in trade and catering to be eased

The deputies adopted in the first reading a draft amendment to the law on state regulation of trade and public catering. The amendments are aimed at simplifying the conduct of business in these areas. It is planned to refuse the obligation of trade entities to provide information on retail, wholesale turnover for inclusion in the Trade Register. Food service points are proposed to be created without division into types and classes. The document is being finalized and prepared for the second reading.
