Roman Golovchenko: EAEU failed to resolve free trade issue

The Eurasian Economic Union has so far failed to resolve issues of free trade without exemptions and restrictions. This was stated by Belarus Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko at a meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council. The Belarusian Prime Minister called the implementation of the agreement on the labeling of goods one of the most topical issues. The meeting of the EAEU Intergovernmental Council was held in Minsk for the first time since the start of the pandemic. The agenda included issues of Eurasian integration in the economic field, a comprehensive plan in the area of healthcare and sanitary-epidemiological welfare of the population.
