Program of social, economic development for next 5 years discussed at Parliament

The Belarusian government is preparing changes for stability in the pension coverage. The program of Belarus' social and economic development till 2025 was discussed in the Oval hall. Redesigning of the pension system, boosting of small business in the regions, reduction of the state intervention into the activities of the economic entities, and gradual increase of the basic salary for the workers of the budget-funded organizations – these are some of the avenues of the country's social and economic development. A set of 36 programs is envisaged; 25 of them are aimed at social and economic development, 11 at the national security sphere.
