The State Investment Program for 2016 has been approved in Belarus. The corresponding decree was signed by President Alexander Lukashenko. In total, the program includes 99 facilities, a third of them will be operational later this year. More than 4.5 trillion rubles will be sent on their construction and reconstruction. In particular, these funds will be spent on a second artificial runway at Minsk National Airport, on the construction of social infrastructure in Ostrovets, as well as on the construction of housing for families bringing up orphans.
