The head of state will hold talks with President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow. As a result international instruments will be signed. The relations betweenMinskand Ashgabat have the character of strategic partnership. It is expected that during the visit the Presidents ofBelarusandTurkmenistanwill attend the joint Belarusian-Turkmen trade fair.
