The President has held a number of meetings. The leaders of the government and the National Bank have reported to Alexander Lukashenko on the situation in the economy. Since the beginning of the year positive trends are observed: inflation is contained, stability of the foreign exchange market is predicted. Alexander Lukashenko has aimed the government for maximum support of the population and workers of enterprises. Today, the Head of State discussed the crime situation in the country with the Prosecutor General of Belarus. According to Alexander Konyuk, the overall number of crimes has decreased in the first half of the year. And it is the 5th year in a row when the number of crimes falls.
