Retail chains and producers should share the risks for preservation and sales of fruits and vegetables. The opinion was voiced by chairperson of the Federation of trade unions of Belarus. Michael Orda visited the Ozeritsky-Agro enterprise. The issues of preservation of the collected harvest were discussed. The topic of price formation for these groups of goods is also relevant now. The Federation of trade unions of Belarus notes a growth of prices for several vegetables. The cabbage got twice as expensive, the potatoes are 70% more expensive, prices for carrots and beetroots also went up. Experts envisage a certain reduction of prices after the harvesting campaign is over.
