Vladimir Koltovich has officially taken the office ofBelarus" Trade Minister. The Ministry of Trade is the only agency which head has been appointed by a presidential decree. Previously, Koltovich occupied the posts of Deputy and First Deputy Minister of Trade. Prior to the new appointment he has worked for the Belarusian Embassy inMoscow.<br>Introducing the new Trade Minister, Prime Minister of Belarus Andrei Kobyakov said that the agency should deal with traditional tasks - such as promoting market saturation with domestic goods and pursuing anti-monopoly policy - and operate successfully in the conditions of common economic space.
