The Belarusian economy holds a course for growth. The GDP will grow following the results of the year. The optimistic forecast was voiced by Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Semashko. Industrial output in the country has increased by 6.1% since the beginning of the year. Noticeable revival is also observed in the spheres of construction, trade, finance and transport. This year’s inflation is the lowest in the history of independent Belarus. Our gold and foreign exchange reserves exceeded 7.2 billion dollars – this year alone, the reserves increased by more than 2 billion dollars.
