Over 20 forestry enterprises modernized in 2020

Forestry enterprises continue to work on the development of woodworking industry. The emphasis is on deep processing of wood and producing products with high added value. Since the beginning of the year, seven pellet production facilities have been created, three sawmills have been put into operation. In addition, the capacity of drying facilities has been increased. It is planned to implement a number of projects on modernizing the existing production facilities and open new ones by the end of the year. This will create new jobs in the regions.
