New tram, branded with symbols of 2nd European Games, to go on route in Minsk soon

The new tram "Metelitsa", branded with the symbols of the 2nd European Games, will go on route of the capital this week. "Stadler Minsk" train will first pass test run-in, and will begin to fully operate closer to the competition itself. "Metelitsa" is the export model of the tram. Among the orders for Stadler Minsk for the domestic market are contracts with the Belarusian Railway, as well as with the Minsk Metro. These are trains for the new third line of the subway.
