The Prime Minister visited the flagship of the Belarusian oil refinery. Novopolotsk-based "Naftan" plans to launch a delayed coking facility by the end of this year. The new facility includes 19 process units; 12 have been installed, and some of them have already received commissioning certificates. Currently about 800 people are employed at the construction site. More than a billion dollars have already been invested into the project. This year, the facility is to yield its first light oil products. After the launch of the delayed coking facility at "Naftan" the focus will shift to the development of the "Polymir" plant.
