New nitrogen plant to be built in Belarus

The head of state supported the proposals on further development of the production of nitrogen fertilizers in the country following the meeting on the prospects of the Grodno Azot company’s development. Today, the industrial giant produces nitrogen fertilizers and chemical products, more than half of which is supplied to the agricultural organizations of Belarus. Their effectiveness is directly related to the stable operation of Grodno Azot. Therefore, there was a need for a serious modernization of the enterprise. The head of state supported the proposals to build a new nitrogen plant and to modernize Grodno Azot company.
