The Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of Belarus is ready to adjust the Decree No.345 on business development in villages and small towns. Now a working group is considering possible options, for instance, tax incentives and support for Belcoopsoyuz projects in the regions unreachable for private business. The ministry calls to allocate free space for trade at Belposhta’s regional offices. Since the beginning of the year, almost 700 business entities have been opened using the preferences of the new decree. 500 of them are individual entrepreneurs. This is an opportunity to create jobs and develop services for the rural population.
