New export projects in the agro-industrial complex

A new innovative project in the agro-industrial complex of the Minsk region. The Slutsk cheese-making plant plans to master the production of instant milk powder. The products will be manufactured at the branch of the holding in Kopyl. For this, a new workshop will be built and equipment will be purchased. Due to the special structure of dried milk particles, as well as the crystallization of lactose, such a powder can be quickly dissolved and processed, for example, into cheese, butter or sour cream. Dry milk is especially in demand in China and the countries of the Middle East.
