Sheep of the Ile-de-France breed are bred in the Gorodok district. A tribal center was established in the village of Stodolische. The animals were purchased from Hungary almost two years ago. Now the livestock numbers 450 sheep. It is possible to make good money on sales abroad. The Ile-de-France breed is in great demand. Rapid growth, quick adaptation to seasonal fluctuations of nature, moderate fat content are among the main advantages. The tribal center is located in a previously empty building. In a short time, the premises were fully equipped for keeping livestock. A walking ground for animals has been built on the territory. A set of measures is in force in Belarus to develop sheep breeding until 2025, the purpose of which is to ensure more full employment of the rural population and increase of the competitiveness of domestic agricultural products.
