New banknotes introduced in National Bank

The National Bank introduced new banknotes in denominations of 20 and 50 rubles. Improvements affected both the basic protective elements, it became easier to identify them in the light, and additional ones - designed for cashier equipment. Some design elements, including the signature of the chairman of the National Bank, have undergone minor changes. By the way, now banknotes will be more wear-resistant due to additional edge strengthening and the use of special matte varnish in production.
