New aircraft for Belavia's fleet

This month the national air carrier of Belarus is getting new aircraft. This means that Belavia is currently operating Europe's youngest aircraft fleet. The average age of its aircraft is a little over 10 years. Special attention is paid to passenger safety and comfort. By the end of the year the older craft are to be decommissioned, with the new ones taking their place. New generation aircraft are to arrive this month. This year the national air carrier turns 25. Over this time, the number of passengers has grown exponentially from 300 thousand per year to 4 million. Belavia operates 56 regular routes and at least a hundred charters.
