Today oil and mining industry of Belarus celebrates its 50th anniversary. During this time oil specialists produced more than 130 million tons of oil and 14 billion cubic meters of associated gas. More than 80 deposits of hydrocarbons were discovered in the country. Today Belarusian specialists are engaged not only in exploration and production of oil, but also in development of their own scientific methods. Belorusneft works in up to 60 fields in Belarus, 5 fields in Russia and 13 - in Venezuela.
