More than 20 enterprises are planned to be launched this year under the government program of innovative development of Belarus. This was announced by the Chairman of the State Committee on Science and Technology, Alexander Shumilin, at a meeting of the Presidium of the Council of Ministers, where the implementation of this state program was reviewed. Among the achievements is the doubling of high-tech products output. At the same time not all of projects are implemented on schedule. The work on a new government program for the next five years will start this year. The focus is on robotics, instrument making, bio and nanotechnologies, new materials, ICT.
