More than 2 mln. tons of grain harvested in Belarus

The Belarusian agrarians have passed a milestone of 2 mil. tons of grain harvested. The Brest region is still among the leaders – 665 thousand tons cropped at two thirds of the harvesting areas. The Grodno region has gathered 530 thousand tons of grain, the Minsk region got 487 thousand. The Vitebsk and the Mogilov regions are also active. The average yield in the country is at almost 28 hundred kilograms per hectare. The dry weather in Belarus helps the agrarians accelerate the harvest.
