Modernization of refinery to allow receiving world-class products

The new opportunities and prospects for the oil refining industry were discussed yesterday in Mozyr. More than 200 scientists, technologists and heads of specialized enterprises and organizations from 14 countries gathered here. Negotiations, proposals, recommendations mean new opportunities and new business partners for forum participants. Refinery modernization was also discussed. It will allow to receive world-class products, as well as to increase the capacity. A possible source of financing the modernization is the Chinese credit, which was arranged during the recent working visit of the President to Beijing. The total amount of investments is over one billion dollars. The plant will produce 12 million tons of oil products per year. The expected payback period is from 5 to 9 years. Everything depends on market conditions and oil prices.
