Minsk has entered the top 10 most promising European cities for foreign investors. The ranking compiled by a Financial Times department takes into view such parameters as economic potential, human resources, the quality of life and infrastructure, the ease of doing business, the level of income and strategy of attracting direct investments.<br>As a result, the capital of Belarus is second in terms of the cost effectiveness of doing business, and tenth in terms of its strategy for attracting foreign direct investments. The competition featured over 200 cities.
