Minsk’s satellite towns develop infrastructure

Affordable and comfortable housing, jobs, developed infrastructure. In order not to overpopulate the capital and evenly distribute the workforce throughout the country, the Belarusian government makes an emphasis on the development of satellite cities. Housing is actively being built in Smolevichi and an industrial center Rudensk. There is enough free land for construction that does not affect the interests of agriculture. According to experts, in a decade the population of satellite towns will grow several times, social facilities and industrial clusters will appear.
