Minsk hosts Eastern European Dispute Resolution Forum

Large businesses operating in Belarus increasingly resort to international level arbitration assistance, since it guarantees an equitable solution for all parties, Belarus’ Justice Minister Oleg Slizhevsky said during the Eastern European Dispute Resolution Forum, which brought together leading lawyers from more than 20 countries. It is also a matter of raising the investment attractiveness of both individual companies and the country as a whole. In case of a conflict, large investors prefer to submit the question to arbitration.
