Minsk hosting international conference «Antimonopoly regulation in EAEU countries»

The International Conference «Antimonopoly Regulation in the EAEU Countries – Main Trends and the Enforcement» is hosted by Minsk. The day before it was announced that the antimonopoly regulation in the Union may be liberalized in 2019. Now the mechanism of prevention of competition rules infringements at the cross-border markets is being introduced. Fines were the only punishment provided in accordance with previously adopted regulations. Since June 17, amendments will come into force, according to which, if the business entity has taken note of the remark, it will not be fined.
