Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade suggests additional measures for domestic market protection

The Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade suggested additional measures to protect the domestic market. The growing import of products and manufactured goods is concerning. Today the share of Belarusian products is below 80%. The ministry recommends domestic producers to exclude export sales below cost. Trade margins for socially significant goods, such as bread, milk, cereals, and meat, will be preserved, but bonuses will be limited. All producers of raw materials, as well as processors are recommended to raise prices by no more than 4%, the level of core inflation.
