Minimum requirements for opening and running a business

Minimum requirements will be set for starting and running business in Belarus. The corresponding legal act will be worked out before the end of Q1 2017. It is more likely to be a decree that will set the rules, minimum requirements for starting and running business. Business models will be outlined as well. Minimum requirements will be determined for both starting a business and getting all necessary documents. Cooperation methods for business and regulatory bodies should be changed. It is expected that a businessman will not be subject to various kinds of checks within five years since registration. People wishing to run business will get necessary consultations from specialists. The owner will be responsible for what he/she is doing.
