Kopyl-made cheeses enjoy demand in Russia and Kazakhstan

99 percent of Kopyl-made cheeses are exported, mainly to the markets of Russia and Kazakhstan. The contracts were concluded for a month and a half in advance. Milk whey, which was previously considered a waste product, also found its use. Now, after being dried, this product is sold to India, Vietnam, Japan and Bangladesh. Thanks to the beneficial properties of lactose contained in whey it is used not only in the food industry for the production of semi-finished products and bread, but also in cosmetology and animal feeding.
