International Quality Management System will be implemented in the country"s economy. Advanced standards should be the basis of the production of the whole range of our products. A set of measures will be implemented in the next five years to achieve this goal. It will help increase the competitiveness of Belarusian products, and defend national interests in foreign markets more successfully. In addition, domestic manufacturers must move to a new level of quality management: a new version of the International Standard has been introduced this spring. For the time being, certificates of conformity have been confirmed by three Belarusian enterprises only.
