The EAEU is ready to start the work of the common market of medicines and medical devices. The College of the Eurasian Economic Commission has finalized all the necessary documents. They correspond to the best world standards. The rules of nomenclature of medical products and the rules of determining the categories of medicinal products sold with and without a prescription have been adopted. The College recommends that countries follow the accepted rules of theUnionin determining the conditions of dispensing. The EEC Council is expected to approve the College regulations in January.
