Kazakh-Belarusian business forum to begin in Nur-Sultan on October 24

Belarus and Kazakhstan are set to invigorate their cooperation. The goal is to secure the trade turnover of one billion US dollars. A business forum will begin in Nur Sultan tomorrow. It is expected to result in new contracts in mechanical engineering, while Belarusian food will expand its presence in Kazakhstan. Promising areas of cooperation in pharmaceutics and IT are being worked out. On October 24-25, the President of Belarus is paying an official visit to Kazakhstan. In addition to the development of interstate relations, the parties will focus on expanding trade and economic cooperation. Also on the agenda is cooperation within the framework of integration associations and on international platforms.
