International scientific conference held as part of the MILEX 2019 exhibition

An international scientific conference was held at the National Library of Belarus as part of the MILEX 2019 exhibition. Issues of defense and security, dual-use technologies were discussed. The forum also presents innovative developments of military sector: an exoskeleton, a tourniquet to stop internal bleeding, and mobile headquarters for troop command and control. New approaches in the creation and use of robotic systems, artificial intelligence, the development of military medicine and pharmacology were discussed as part of the exhibition.
