The institute of tax consultants is to be set up in Belarus. Yesterday President signed the corresponding decree. The professional institute of intermediaries between business and tax authorities will help avoid mistakes in taxpaying. It is not necessary to be a tax official to become a tax consultant. A man could be a lawyer or economist. The decree does not presuppose the introduction of a new specialty in universities. Thee specialists will be certified by the Chamber of Tax Consultants. The services of tax consultants will be an absolutely voluntary decision for entrepreneurs and organizations. In line with the decree, tax consultants will bear full material responsibility for the quality of their activity, while any possible risks will be subject to compulsory insurance.
