India is interested in investing in the Belarusian economy, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India to Belarus said. For instance, in 2016 India took part in the establishment of three joint ventures in Belarus to make pharmaceuticals, including anticancer medications and drugs against AIDS. Next thing on the agenda are investments in the potash industry. In the international arena Belarus supports India in the negotiations on the agreement on cooperation with the Eurasian Economic Union.
