In Gomel, glass factory opens after modernization

After a major modernization, a plant for the production of glass products opened in Gomel. New glass furnace with innovative technologies will be able to reduce energy costs. The cost will be reduced thanks to the use of local materials: sand, chalk and recycled materials. Glass packaging for canned food, alcohol and dairy industry will be produced. Modernization will allow the company to enter international markets. It is planned to export a third of manufactured products.
