In 2021, Belarus plans to build 6 more pellet plants

In 2021, Belarus plans to build 6 more pellet plants. This was stated by the Forestry Minister. Thus, in total, the country will have 15 such enterprises, which will allow producing about half a million tons of wood pellets. According to the minister, these products not only have high added value, but are completely export-oriented. As for other woodworking enterprises, they are almost 100% loaded. Over the past few years, the volume of wood processing has grown from 2 to 6 million cubic meters per year.
