Housing and communal services optimization

A conversation on reducing costs and improving the quality of communal services will be held at the plenary session of the National seminar on optimizing housing and communal services. The President of Belarus will also partake in the event. The Palace of Independence will bring together 250 people in order to consider the development of this sphere. It is already known that the Academy of Sciences will create the Institute for Housing and Communal Services, and a number of legislative initiatives have been prepared relating to the housing code, water supply, thermal rehabilitation of houses, and subsidies.
