In Belarus, the harvesting campaign has come to the finishing line. Only 15 percent of the total area remains to be cropped. The weight of the harvested grain in 2018 exceeded 4 million 600 thousand tons. Mass harvesting was completed in the Brest region, where 910 thousand tons of grain were harvested. Having cropped 840 thousand tons of grain, the last 7 percent of the area are to be harvested in the Grodno region. The leader is the Minsk region with one million two hundred thousand tons of grain. Mogilev and Vitebsk regions are approaching the 600 thousand tons mark.
