Hanoi is interested in adopting Minsk's practices in building its subway and the National Library. The achievements of the Belarusian capital in the transport and social infrastructure development are in demand in Vietnam. Hanoi plans to implement a project to construct 11 subway lines. Agriculture, medicine and tourism can be promising areas of cooperation as well. The matter pertains first of all to the supplies of buses, trolleybuses, electric buses, healthcare products and equipment, projects of design institutes. The delegation of Hanoi is on a visit to Minsk.
