Today the changes to the Tax Code of Belarus and the draft budget for next year were discussed in the House of Representatives with participation of representatives of the Ministry of Finance. Moderate costs and social orientation are the main priorities of the budget -2017. The budget is planned with a surplus. The money will be used to repay foreign debt. There will be no significant changes in the tax policy next year. The refinancing rate will be 15 - 17 percent per annum.
