First contracts worth $542 million signed at Belarus-Ukraine Forum of Regions in Zhitomir

The first contracts were signed at the 2nd Forum of Regions of Belarus and Ukraine. BelAZ agreed to supply a new batch of equipment to Ukraine. In addition, it is planned to sign contracts for the supply of more than a hundred trolleybuses to various Ukrainian cities. Belkommunmash will present a new design of its electric bus at the forum. Five times more direct agreements between businessmen of the two countries compared to last year are expected to be signed by the end of the forum. Also an exhibition of large-sized equipment has been opened in the center of Zhitomir featuring 75 products of Belarusian and Ukrainian enterprises. Within the framework of the forum, a fair of decorative and applied arts products of the two countries is being held.
