The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development will allocate 10 million euros to develop female entrepreneurship in Belarus under the new programme Women in Business. The programme, which is already being implemented in 16 countries, is aimed at providing appropriate assistance to small and medium-sized enterprises headed by women, including advisory and technical assistance. As a result, executives will be able to raise their businesses to a new level.Belarus" draft strategy until 2019 is planned to be released by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in April. It will be drawn up after a meeting of the Bank"s Vice-President with representatives of Belarusian business, government and civil society.
