Encouraging people to work

Unemployed Belarusian citizens, who don’t pay taxes, must pay a fee until 20 February. However, an individual who has received a notification is entitled to provide documents and explanations that he or she has the right not to pay the fee. Also a citizen has the right to appeal to the local council of deputies or an executive body. This right was provided by the amendments to the Decree №3.
