Effective management of state organizations strategy

A strategy for improving the effectiveness of the state organizations management has been developed in Belarus. The document provides for a phased approach to the gradual transition to the corporate governance of state enterprises. The initiative is aimed at large companies such as MAZ and BelAZ and features strict deadlines for each phase. The draft document was submitted to the government. If passed, an additional number of enterprises will be managed by the State Property Committee.
