It is planned to open an eco market in the Minsk Region this summer. This will be a platform where meat and dairy products, vegetables, fruits, as well as original treats will be sold. Also, city mini markets will be held on weekends, where visitors will be able to buy dried fruits, bread, and cheese. In the meantime, all initiatives are registered online. According to experts, the demand for agricultural products is growing. Another trend is local farmers’ visits to Minsk restaurants and tastings in the format of "Breakfast with farmer". They help Minsk residents rediscover forgotten varieties of Belarusian products.
